ORDINANCE NO. 2545
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2424 FOR THAT
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTIES COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE COLONY
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount
Prospect did heretofore conduct a public hearing under Case
No. 38-Z-74 on October 24, 1974, at the hour of 8:00 pm:
pursuant to a request for a zoning classification change as well
as changes to Ordinance No. 2424, passed and approved May 1,
1973 -- which request directly affects the following described
land and territory:

Part of Lot One of the Colony being a subdivision of part
of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of section 23,
Township 41 North, range 11 East of the third Principal
meridian in Cook County Illinois described as follows
starting at the intersection of the North line of the South
50P feet of said Southeast 1/4 with a line which is 5~0
feet west of and parallel with the East line of said section
23, Thence Westerly along said North line A distance of
717.43 feet to a point of beginning thence turning an
angle of 90.-00'-00" to the right of the previously
described course a distance of 770.0 feet: thence turning
an angle of 90.-00'-00" to the right of the previously
described course a distance of 165.00 feet, thence turning
an angle of 90.-00'-00" to the right of the previously
described course A distance of 256.0 feet: thence turning
an angle of 90.-001-00" the left of the previously
described course a distance of 558.20 feet: thence turning
an angle of 90.-38'-30" to the right of the previously des-
cribed course a distance of 324.228 feet: thence turning
an angle of 07.-071-29" to the right of the previously
described course a distance of 161.25 feet: thence turning
an angle of 45.-351-42" to the right of the previously des-
cribed course a distance of 50.27: thence turning an angle
of 36.-381-19" to the right of the previously described
course a distance of 657.43 feet to the point of beginning.
and
WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect did meet on November 13, 1974, and
did review the subject matters involved with Case No. 38-Z-74:
and
WHEREAS, the said Building Committee has recommended to the
President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will
be attained by the adoption of the petitioner'S request under
Case N. 38-Z-74: and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village 0 f
Mount Prospect have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2544
rezoning the property which was the object of Case No. 38-Z-74:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Exhibit III attached to Exhibit B to Ordinance
No. 2424 under SECTION TWO of said Ordinance, passed and approved
May 1, 1973, be and the same is hereby amended by substituting
an entirely new Exhibit therefor: which substituted Exhibit is
attached hereto and is hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A .
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage, approval, and publication in the
manner provided by law.
