AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 47-S OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
[iHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did
onduct a Public Hearing under Case No. 38-Z-74, on October 24, 1974, on a
equest for a zoning classification change from R-4 (Residential Development)
, istrict to B-3 (Business-Retail and Service) District of certain property herein-
fter described; and
, HEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made and published in
: he manner provided by law; and
,lHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
ave determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be
,ttained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject pro-

,JOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OnDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
"RUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
ECTION ONE: That Map 47-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount
"rospect, as amended, be ~nd is hereby further amended by reclassifying from
-4 (Residential Development) District to B-3 (Business- Retail and Service) District
e following described property:
Lot One of The Colony Subdivision, being a subdivision of the South-
east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
ECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
fter its passage, approval, and pUblication in the manner provided by law.
