Chairman Farley would like to have at the May meeting a job description from each chair
of a committee for their particular area of responsibility. That would include what things
must be done and the time table during which they need to happen. He would also like
for each individual who does not serve as a committee chair to indicate what committee
they most would like to serve on as an alternative chair in case the current chair could not
perform their role for one reason or another or chooses to retire. Are there current chairs
who are tiring of their role on a particular committee and would like to serve on another
committee, either as chair or alternative chair?
The meeting adjourned at 9:32 am.
Respectfully submitted,
Martha Helm
