H. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) (Exhibit B)
This ordinance amends Section 13.117 “Restrictions on Premises” to grant a special
permit for the delivery of alcoholic beverages on public or private property in an outdoor
area immediately adjacent to the licensed premises upon such terms and conditions
as the Local Liquor Control Commissioner may deem appropriate.

This ordinance authorizes the sale of a 1995 Ford F-450 Super Duty Squad to the
Itasca Fire Protection District No. 1.

XII. VILLAGE MANAGER’S REPORT
A. Request to award contract to KLOA, Inc. for traffic engineering services for the Residential
Intersection Traffic Control Program (not to exceed $96,600)
B. Police Department request to waive bid procedure and pursue replacement of the police
records management system through ID Networks (not to exceed $179,360/6 year lease
agreement) and to purchase suitable computer hardware to store, maintain and backup
records management information (not to exceed $19,000)

C. Request to award contract to T.P.I. Building Code Consultants, Inc. to perform supplemental
plumbing/sewer inspection services for the Community Development Department (not to exceed
$40 per inspection or $75 per hour)
