[HEREAS' the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet on tlfe
. 2nd day of July, 1976, and on the 26th day of August, 1976, at the hour of 8: 00 p.m. ~

~is request under said Case No. 43-V-76 for the reasons that location of the compress r

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A VARIATION
FROM SECTION 21.1011 OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT
BUILDING CODE

CTION THREE: That the Director of Building and Zoning of the Village of Mount
spect is hereby authorized to issue a building permit for construction in accord-
ce with the variation hereinabove mentioned.
CTION FOUR: That the variation granted by this Ordinance shall be null and void
d of no force and effect whatsoever unless an application for a building permit pur-
s ant to such variation is made and construction commenced within one (1) year of the
~ate this said Ordinance becomes effective.
