ORDINANCE NO. 2676
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 403 E. EUCLID AVENUE

I WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect heard
I' testimony presented under Case No. 57--Z-76 on the 2nd day of September, 1976,
pursuant to a request for certain special uses pursuant to the Mount Prospect
I Zoning Ordinance to permit certain uses upon the property hereinafter described;

i WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing held in conjunction with the aforesaid
Ij Case No. 57-Z-76 was published in the manner provided by law; and

! 'WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did
, recommend to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
the approval of this request under Case No. 57-Z-76; and
WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the approval thereof
I to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect; and
I .
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
I have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be
I attained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject property;
! NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEE
! OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
I SECTION ONE: That pursuant to the Mount Prospect Zoning Ordinance, the
! following special use is hereby authorized on the property described in SECTION
TWO hereinbelow:

I. SECTION TWO: That the special use authorized to be established in SECTION ONE
! above shall not run with the land but shall be valid and effective only so long as
the establishment is operated by Just Garnes, Inc. upon the following property
legally described as:
The operation of mechanical and electronic game machines as
well as the lease of time thereon to third parties for their
amusement in the running of such machines located on the
said premises, provided that the operation and the hours of
such use of said machines conform to other applicable
ordinances of the Village of Mount Prospect.

Lots 1030, 1031, and 1032 and Outlot B in Brickman Manor First
Addition Unit No.6, being a subdivision of part of the East half
of the Southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 42 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois.

SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be null and void and of no force
and effect whatsoever until after its passage, approval, publication. and such
time as an accurate plat resubdividing the said parcel described in SECTION ONE
hereinabove is recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois;
a copy of which plat of resubdivision shall be attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof.
