AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 2050 WEST ALGONQUfN ROAD , ~10UNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS

II WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did me~.t
on the 2nd day of September, 1976, at the hour of 8: 00 p.m., in the Public !
Safety Building of the Village of Mount Prospect and did hear Case No. 52-SU-7!6,
pursuant to legal notice published in the Mount Prospect Herald on August 17, ~97

WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did her'r
a petition requesting a variation from the requirements of the Mount Prospect ,
'I Zoning Ordinance to construct a Planned Unit Development with more density th~n
that allowed under the said Ordinance; and i
I WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount prospec~
have determined that the matters herein are for the best interests of the Villagel

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF I
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: I

~ECTION ONE: That the property being' the subj ect matter of Case No.
being legally described as follows:

The East 151.05 feet of the West 585.25 Feet (measured along i
a line parallel with the North LIne) of Lot 2 (except the I
North 703.70 feet thereof, and except that part taken for I
Algonquin Road) in Edward Busse's division of part of the i
Southeast Quarter of Section 15 and the Northeast Quarter I
of Section 22. Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third i
I Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. I
I is currently zoned under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospectl
,I as R-4 (Residential Development District), which zoning classification shall
I remain subject to the following varations hereby granted:
I 1. That a maximum number of seventy-eight (78) dwelling units
I!./ may be constructed upon the Planned Unit Development to be
located upon the s~bject property.

That the size of parking stalls my be reduced to an overall
area measuring nine feet by eighteen feet (9' x 18') to serve
the Planned Unit Development to be located upon the subject
property.

SECTION TWO: That all requirements of the Mount Prospect Building and '
