C. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 (BOARDS AND (EXHIBIT A)
COMMISSIONS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends Chapter 5, Article IX, “Firemens’ Pension Board” of the Village
Code. In accordance with the amended Downstate Firefighter Article of the Illinois
Pension Code, the “Firefighters’ Pension Board” with newly elected/appointed members
shall take effect April 17, 2006.

A. A RESOLUTION EXECUTING AN OFF-SITE PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN (EXHIBIT B)
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND OZ DEVELOPMENT
This agreement enables the proposed Blues Bar Restaurant, 2 West Busse Avenue,
to meet its required parking demand in Village-owned off-site parking spaces.

B. A RESOLUTION EXECUTING AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EXHIBIT C
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND NORWOOD EMERSON LLC (DEVELOPER)
(100 SOUTH EMERSON – THE EMERSON)
This agreement provides the property owner certain rights over the public sidewalks
located around the development.

C. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ARTICLE XXII OF CHAPTER 8, (EXHIBIT D)
PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGMENTS PRIOR TO ISSUANCE AND
RENEWAL OF LICENSES AND PERMITS, OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance establishes a procedure under the Administrative Adjudication System
for the “Satisfaction of Administrative Judgments Prior to Issuance and Renewal of
Licenses and Permits.”

D. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES SET (EXHIBIT E)
FORTH IN APPENDIX A – DVISION II ENTITLED, “ELEVATOR, ESCALATOR AND
DUMBWAITER PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES” OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance increases the plan review fee and bi-annual elevator inspection fees
to cover the Village’s costs to administer these services.
