EDOC -INDUCEMENT RESOLUTION SUPPORTING COOK COUNTY CLASS
6B PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT APPLICATION
Staff has been working with representatives from eDOC in an effort to relocate their manufacturing
facilities to Mount Prospect. eDOC had previously been located in Wheeling and recently purchased
the long-vacant building at 555 Business Center Drive. They are requesting support from the Village in
the form of an inducement resolution so that they may pursue the Class 6b designation from Cook
County.
eDOC purchased the 33,000 square foot office in November and has located their office and production
facilities at this location. They provide turnkey print management solutions to worldwide organizations.
Attached to this memorandum is a brochure that provides full details of eDOC's operations. They
currently employ 75 individuals at the new facility and enjoy annual sales of over $15 million.
I have attached supporting information from eDOC relating to this request. Staff and eDOC'
representatives will be present at the March 7th meeting to further discuss this matter.
