I ~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES i ~F THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: ~ECTION ONE: That the property being the subject matter of Case No. 13-V-77, *eing legally described as follows: I Lot 9 in Elmhurst-Algonquin Industrial Park, unit No.2, being a subdivision ! in the southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 41 North, Range 11, east of the I Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois; I i S currently zoned under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of l'.'Iount 'rospect as {-1 (Light Industrial District), which zoning classification shall remain full effect subject to the variations granted herein: ORDINANCE NO, 27] 5 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CERTAJN VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 601 WEST CARBOY ROAD A. That the side yard parallel to the west lot line of the said property be reduced to fifteen (15) feet. B. That the side yard parallel to the east lot line of the said property be reduced to eight and one-half (8 1/2) feet. C. That the rear yard be reduced to nineteen and one-half (19 1/2) feet. D. That the off-street parking' requirements of the 1-1 Light Industrial be reduced to nineteen (19) 10' x 20' parking spaces. SECTION TWO: That all requirements of the Mount Prospect Building and Zoning Code shall be applicable except the variations noted in SECTION ONE heretofore mentioned. SECTION THREE: That the Director of Building and Zoning of the Village of Mount Prospect is hereby authorized to issue a building permit for construction in accordance with the variations hereinbefore mentioned. SECTION FOUR: That the variations granted by this ordinance shall be nun and void and of no force and effect whatsoever unless an application for building permits pursuant to such variations are made and construction commenced within one (1) year of the date this said Ordinance becomes effective. SECTION FIVE: That this Ordinance shall be null and void and of no force and effect whatsoever until after its passage, approval, and publication, in the manner provided by law. June , 1977.
