eviewed the matter herein and have determined that the same is in the best interests

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRONT YARD
VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1517 EAST LOWDEN LANE
" HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct
public hearing on the 23rd day of June. 1977. at the hour of 8: 00 p.m.. at the
ublic Safety Boardroom, and did hear Case No. 22-V -77, pursuant to proper legal
ECTION ONE: That the property being the subject matter of Case No. 22-V-77,

Lot two hundred nineteen (219) in the third addition to Bluett's Fairview
Gardens being a subdivision of part of the East Half (1/2) of the south
east quarter (1/4) of section 35, Township 42 North. Range 11, east of
the third principal meridian according to Plat thereof registered in the
office of the registrar of titles of Cook County, Illinois. on January 19.
1962. as document number 2016922 and certificate of correction thereof
registered on March 14, 1962 as document number 2023843,
s currently zoned under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect
s R-1 (Single Family Residence District), which zoning classification shall remain
n effect subject to the variation granted herein:
That the yard abutting the frontmost lot line of the subject property
adjacent to Wolf Road be reduced to eight feet (8').

ursuant to such variation is made and construction commenced within one (1) year
