COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: i I ORDINANCE NO. 2724 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRONT YARD VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1517 EAST LOWDEN LANE " HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct public hearing on the 23rd day of June. 1977. at the hour of 8: 00 p.m.. at the ublic Safety Boardroom, and did hear Case No. 22-V -77, pursuant to proper legal ECTION ONE: That the property being the subject matter of Case No. 22-V-77, eing legally described as follows: I I' I Ii I Lot two hundred nineteen (219) in the third addition to Bluett's Fairview Gardens being a subdivision of part of the East Half (1/2) of the south east quarter (1/4) of section 35, Township 42 North. Range 11, east of the third principal meridian according to Plat thereof registered in the office of the registrar of titles of Cook County, Illinois. on January 19. 1962. as document number 2016922 and certificate of correction thereof registered on March 14, 1962 as document number 2023843, s currently zoned under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect s R-1 (Single Family Residence District), which zoning classification shall remain n effect subject to the variation granted herein: That the yard abutting the frontmost lot line of the subject property adjacent to Wolf Road be reduced to eight feet (8'). II ' II IISECTION TWO: That all requirements of the Mount Prospect Building and Zoning pOdes shall be applicable except the variation noted in SECTION ONE heretofore Itnentioned. I ~ i ECTION THREE: That the Director of Building and Zoning of the Village of Mount I rospect is hereby authorized to issue a building permit for construction in accordan e 'dth the variation hereinbefore mentioned. ECTION FOUR: That the variation granted by this ordinance shall be null and void .' nd of no force and effect whatsoever unless an application for a building permit ursuant to such variation is made and construction commenced within one (1) year tf the date this said Ordinance becomes effective.
