I I , I I I ! ! i I II Ii II I , i I I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 16-N OF THE I il ZONING ORDINANCE OF MOUNT PROSPECT I II I II I WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did condUC! a Public Hearing under Case No. 33-Z-77, on July 28, 1977, on a request for a zoning classification change from B-2 (Business-Office District) to B-3 (Business- Retail and Service District) of certain property hereinafter discribed; and ! I WHEREAS. a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made and published in the " I manner provided by law; and I WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did recom- I mend to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that the zoning changes requested in Case No. 33-Z-77 be granted; and I I WHEREAS. the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet on August 24, 1977, and did review the aforesaid Case No. ,33-Z-77 f and has recommended to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that it concur with the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals with respect to Case No. 33-Z-77; and ORDINANCE NO. 2741 WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be I , attained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject property;1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTE1S I, OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT,. C~OK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: 1\ II SECTION ONE: That Map 16-N of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount I Prospect, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by reclassifying from I B-2 (Business-Office District) to B-3 (Business-Retail and Service District) the II following described property: I I I The South 202.50 feet of the North 886.10 feet of that part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying Southwesterly of the center of Rand Road (except the West 575.61 feet thereof), in Cook County, Illinois; I I I I SECTION TWO: That Map 16-N contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2410, passed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to conform with the reclassification of the subject property herein in SECTION ONE above. SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be null and void and of no force and effect whatsoever until after its passage, approval, publication, and such time as an accurate plat subdividing the subject property described in SECTION ONE above is recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois, a ;1 II I I copy of which Plat of Subdivision shall be attached hereto aud made a part I hereof. !
