ILLINOIS: ~ECTION ONE: That Exhibit II of an Annexation Agreement between LaSalle National Bank. as Trustee and Owner. and the Village of Mount Prospect. which I Annexation Agreement is atta~hed as Exhibit B t6 Ordinance No. 2278 under SECTION TWO of said Ordinance No. 2278. passed and approved December 22,1970; attached as Exhibit f:. to Ordinance No. 2344 under SECTION ONE of said Ordina.nce No. 2344. passed and approved March 21, 1972; and attached as Exhibit 'l' to Ordinance No. 2414 under SECTION ONE of said Ordinance No. 2414.., passed and approved April 19. 1973.. be and the same are hereby amended by substituting" an entirely new Exhibit therefor; which substituted Exhibit is attached hereto and made a pa.rt hereof as Exhibit Q.
