I~HEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct
i a public hearing under Case No. 38-V-77, on the 25th day of August, 1977, on a
," request for a zoning classification change from R-1 (Single Family Residential
iDistrict) to B-4 (Business-Retail and Service District) of certain property herein-
jlafter described; and

II,i[WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in the
I!manner provided by law; and ,

IIWHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has recom-
Ijmended to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that
lithe petitioner's request under said Case No. 38-V-77 be granted; and

!jWHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
!IProspect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the approval thereof
lito the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect; and i
IlwHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect hav~
Ildetermined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be attained by]
I~he adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject property; i

I~ow , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEESj'
IFF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: I
I~SECTION ONE: That Map 8-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospe~t
lias amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by reclassifying from R-1 i
!!(Single Family Residential District) to B-4 (Business-Retail and Service District) I
[~he following described property: I
II Lots 2 and 3 in Biock 1 in Meirs addition to Mount Prospect in the North I
II West quarter of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
II Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. I

I~assed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to conform wit

rffect whatsoever until after its passage, approval, publication. and such time as an I
! ~ccurate plat resubdividing the said parcel described in SECTION ONE hereinabove !
i~s recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois; a copy of which plat
ipf resubdivision shall be attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. Ii
