ffiCTION THREE: The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise the sale of the aforementioned personal property in a newspaper
published within the conmnmity not less than ten (10) days before the date
of said public auction.
ffiCTION FOUR: No bid which is less than the minimum price set forth in the
to be sold shall be accepted.
ffiCTION FIVE: The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into an agreement for the sale of said personal property. The auction
shall be conducted and the auctioneer shall be compensated in the manner set
