Proc~~ure. Whenever the President and Board of Trustee~; of the ViU[{g\~
of Mount Prospect contemplate entering- into any such agreement provided
for hereinabove, the President and Board of Trustees of the ViHag'e (.if

proposed agreenwnt or Bny amend1nent thereto, and shall give notice
of such public hearing not more than thirty (30) nor lesf~ thIn:. fifiE:on
(15) days before the date fixed for the heariEg,

Any agreement or amendment thereto executed pursuant to this
Section 8.512 shall be binding upon successor owners of record
of the land which is the subject of the agreement and upon
successor municipal officials of the Village of Mount Prospect.
