1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 401– 455 SOUTH ELMHURST
ROAD
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use Permit to convert the existing multi-
family development to a Planned Unit Development. The Planning and
and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE TO GRANT A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1400 BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE
This ordinance grants a Variation to allow up to fifty percent (50%) of a rental
unit in an industrial area as retail space.

particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when
the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall
be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.
