RESOLUTION NO. d. (('-7 cr
A RESOLUTION OF CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOREST
VIEg HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER TEAM
WHEREAS, the Forest View High School Soccer Team has convincingly
demonstrated its sports ability by representing the High School
Ii District 214; and
WHEREAS, the Forest View High School Soccer Team won the Mid Suburban
Championship; and
WHEREAS, the team also finished as one of four finalist in the State,
and
WHEREAS, Forest View High School Soccer Team has received such
recognition; and
II WHEREAS, the team's action has brought glory and recognition to
'! the school and the towns from which its student body is drawn;

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, that
the soccer team and coach be extended official and hearty congratu-
lations on their achievement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be given
to the team and to the Forest View High School Athletic Department.
