A motion was then made by Trustee Viger, seconded by Wier, that this resolution be adopted. The President put the question, the Clerk called the roll, with the following re- sponse: Ayes: Trustees Airey, Schlaver, Viger, Wier and Wilson. Nays: None. Absent: Trustee Willer. Thereupon the President declared the motion carried and said resolution passed and approved.
