Re: Forrest Ave. Improvements
C T A 55-96
Gentlemen:
We have been requested by Johnson & Bidderman developers of tne
subject project to study the feasibility of installing FCC combined
curb and gutter along the south side of Isabella from the end of
the return recently installed on the south east corner of Forrest
Ave. and Isabella to the existing curb and gutter ap}roximately
131 feet east of the east line of Forrest Ave.
in OUD opinion the installation of curb and gutter at this location
would be extremely desirable in that it would eliminate the existing

ditch presently located on the south side of Forrest Ave. and
provide a more desirable nome site for tne builder and any
future occupant thereof.
'r'le recomm.end that permissi')n be granted to Johnson & Bidderman
for the installation of the curb and gutter as outlined above
plus the installation of narrow strip of pavement between the
edge of the existing pavement and the flag of the proposed
gutter.
If such ap~roval is rendered by the Board we wish to advise you
that our field party will establish the necessary construction
line and grade for this improvement.
Very truly yours,
Consoer, iownsend & Associates
