rescind Resolution NO.7-56 passed ]\'1ay 15, 1956, entitled: "A
HESOLUTION POR NAINTE::NANCE (jp ARTBRIAL STREE:iJ."S OIl S'I'P/l'E HIC.}fltJAYS
BY ]'JIUNICIP ALI'J".{ UNDBH THE ]\/[O'l'OR FUEL TAX LAVIn. The President put
the question, the Clerk called the roll, wi th the folloTrJing response:
Ayes: All; Nays: None. Thereupon the President declared the motion
carried.
Trustee t'Jilson then introduced and read Resolution No. 13-56
this resolution taking the place of Resolution No.7-56.

Trus tee Willer then read 3urilrn,ons No. 56-S-10J,L19 Superior
Court of Cook County. A motion was then made by Trus tee\Aiiller,
seconded by Schlaver, that the Village Attorne~r be authorized to file
an appearance and answer in this case. The President put the
question, the Clerk called the roll, with the follovJing response:
Ayes: All; Nays: None. Thereupon the President declared the motion
carried.
A motion was then made by 'I'rustee villler, seconded by v1iilson,
to approve the formula for the paving of Busse Avenue one-half block
west from dapella Avenue as .follows:
Total Cost ~1,924.00 to be divided as .follows:
Property Olimers share qp900. OO.JI from Town Development
Company ~600.00, balance froni Public Benefit ~p42L~.OO.
Also, that the Village Nanager be authorized to conclude negotiations
with Milburn Bros. on these improvements. 'The President put the
ques tion, the Clerk called the roll, with the .follmdng response:
Ayes: All; Nays: None. Thereupon the President declared the motion
carried.
A motion was then made by Trustee Willer, seconded by Airey,
that the Vil18.ge Attorney be authorized to draft an ordinance to
provide o.ff-street parking in the Village of Mount Prospect. The
President put the q1..7.estion, the Clerk called the roll, with the

declared the motion carried.
