The following corronunication was then read: September 10, 19.56 Board of Trustees Villa[,e of rIt. Prospect, Ill. Gentlemen: At the August hearing of the Zoning Commission a quorum was not present. The hearing was held; and according to an opinion of the Village Attorney, a full report and a vote can be made only after a quorum inspects the transcript. This has been done. Case .56-16 This case involves two lots of a three lot block on Wille street immediately south of the Nt. Prospect Hardware store. They have been petitioned for re-zoning from R-l to B. Since these lots are each side of a lot recently re- zoned to B by Court Order, the Cornmission voted unanimously to recommend zoning these two lots to B. (signed: E. F.
