(, As chairman of Judiciary Committee, will you please bring before the Village Board tor their consideration two ordinances which would protect us for underground tmprove- ments we have installed as per plans and specifications and under the supervision of Consoer, Townsend, & Associates, Village engineers. The first improvement we refer to is for sewer and water on South School Street from Evergreen Avenue to Northwest High- way. We have personally born the entire cost of this improve- ment although we own land only on the east side of the street. The ordinance we have submitted would help us to recapture a part of the investment we have made in the event property on the west side of ~e street desires to use these facilities. The second ordinance would cause anyone who desires to use Chicago Sanitary District sewer lines on W. Lonnquist Blvd. from Nawata west of the city limits to reimburse us as we have born the entire expense of' an enlarged sewer (30ft) along Lonnquist Blvd. (at the recommendation of the Village engineer: so that this sewer would be large enough for future develope- ments in the area. If there are any questions at all as to the above two ordinances, please advise me when they will be brought up for consideration and I will be glad to attend your board meeting and explain the details.
