We would like permission to paint house numbers
on the curb stones in the Village of Mount Prospect.
The charge will be fifty cents per house. The paint
we plan to use is a yellow reflectant paint which is
easily seen at night in the beam of headlights. With
these numbers on the curb stones it would enable people
to find the house they are looking for, as far as the
address, in both the day and night time hours.
Sincerely yours,
