Cn roll call the following Trustees answered uPresent" Airey, SChlaver, Viger, Wier and Wilson. Trustee Willer was absent on roll call. The Trustees having previously received copies of the minutes of the regular meeting held June 21, 1955, a motion ",ras made by 'l"rustee Schl2.ver, seconded by Airey, that the minutes be approved as submi tted. A motion was then made by Trustee Sch1aver, seconded by Airey, that this report be approved and placed on file. The motion was voted upon by acclamation whereupon the President declared the motion carried. Trustee 1rJiller arrived and took his place at 8:52 P.M.. A motion VIas made by Trustee Wilson, seconded by 1tHller, that the 3anitary District of Chicago Permit No. 1955-121 be ac- cepted and~that the President and Village Clerk be authorized to sign permit on behalf of the Village. The motion was voted upon by acclamation wherc)upon the President declared the motion. carried. !-,"1 A motion was then made by Trustee Wilson, seconded by Airey, that the Sanitary District of Chicago Sewer Permit No. 1955-120 be accepted and that the President and Village Clerk be authorized to sign the permi t on behalf of the Village. A motion was then made by Trustee Wilson, seconded by Willer, that the Sanitary District of Chicago Sewer Permit No. 1955-46 be accepted and that the President and Village Clerk be au thorized to sign the permi t on behalf of the Village. Trustee Willer then read the following communication: June 22, 1955 President & Board of Trustees Village Hall Mount Prospect, Illinois Re: WaPella Avenue Improvements Saul T. Winston - Owner Gentlemen: We have made a final inspection of the paving improvements i.e., one-half width pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter and drainage appurtenances installed in WaPella Avenue from Lonnquist Parkway to a point 360 feet south and on WaPella Avenue from Golf Road to a point 590 feet north. These improvements were constructed by Milburn Brothers, Inc. for rIr. Saul 'I'. Winston. We find these improvements to be complete and in accord with plans and specifi- cations for this work. We recoillrnend that these improvements be accepted by the Village. 1:1e have al so made f'inal inspection of the water main extensions in stal~d in WaPella Avenue ~rom Lonnquist Parkway to Sunset Road, on WaPella from Sunset Road to Golf Road and on Golf Road from l.N'aPella Avenue to Hi-Lus! Avenue. 'llhese improvements were install by the Economy Plumbing Company for Hr. Saul '1'.^ ^lvinston. ~lIe find these improvements to be complete and in accordance with the plans and specific atioJis. A motion was then made by Trustee lrJiller, seconded by Viger, that this ordinance be passed. Gleich covering the property a t the Northeast corner of Ellendale Subdivision. This deed conveys this property to School District No. 57 and the Village Attorney was authorized to record the deed for School District No. 57 as the School District is without an attorney at this time. A motion was then made by Trustee Willer, seconded by Viger, authorizing the Village Attorney to pr epare an ordinance revising the building code ordinance and calling for water useage on building permit fees to be shut off after plastering is comple' ed. Trustee Lams then voted Aye and declared the motion carried. Trustee Willer then introduced and read Ordinance No. 446 entitled: \fAN ORDIldN CE AI1JYIENDING SECTION 18 OFI'HE HOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE". A motion was then made by Trustee Willer, seconded by Airey, that this ordinance be passed.
