X. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ-32-05, 90 East Milburn Avenue, Residence 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE TO GRANT VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 90 EAST MILBURN AVENUE This ordinance grants variations for a six -foot (6') exterior side yard set back, and thirty-three foot (33') wide driveway. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-2. (EXHIBIT A) B. * 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A - DIVISIONS I, II AND III (EXHIBIT B) OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends AppendiX A: DIVISION I - "Bonds, Salaries, Insurance and Miscellaneous" Division II - "Fees, Rates and Taxes", and Division 111- "Penalties and Fines" as referenced in the Village Code of Mount Prospect. XI. NEW BUSINESS A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE VILLAGE CODE (EXHIBIT C) This ordinance amends Chapter 24, Section 24.115, prohibiting the burning of leaves anywhere in the Village. XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT * A. Accept bid for one (1) new trailer mounted two (2)-ton capacity asphalt heater (not to exceed $23,476.00) B. Request to accept a three-year lease agreement with ImageTec for four (4) Toshiba E-520 Digital copiers and one (1) Toshiba E-280 Digital copier (not to exceed $71,714.40) C. Approval of Amendment #1 of the Agreement between IAFF, local 4119 and the Village of Mount Prospect, incorporation of Fire Lieutenants into the bargaining Group of Firefighters and Firefighter/Paramedics.
