ORDINANCE r-Jo. 2807
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 10(A)-S OF' THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF' MOUN~r PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did
conduct a public hearing under Case No. 17-Z-78, on the 23rd day of March,
1978, on a request for a zoning classification change from R-X (Single Family
Residence District) to R-1 (Single Family Residence:District) of cel~tain
property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hea.ring was made and published
in the manner provided by law; and
\'vHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has
recommended to the President and Boar'd of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect that the petitioner's request under said Cas.e No. 17-Z-78 be granted;
and
WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the
appoval thereof to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be
attained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject
property:

SECTION ONE: That Map 10(A)-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Mount Prospect, as amended. be and the same is hereby further amended by
reclassifying from R- X (Single Family Residence District) to R-l (Single
Family Residence District) the following described property:
PARCEL 1: The North 291.77 feet of the following described
tract of land: Lots 2,3 and 6 (except the North 33.0 feet and
also except the east 40. 0 feet which lies South of the North
33.0 feet thereof) in Meier Brothers Subdivision. being a sub-
division of p~Irts of Sections 10 and 15. Township 41 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois.
PARCEL 2: The South 350.11 feet of the North 641.88 feet of the
following described tract of land: Lots 2,3 and 6 (except the
North 33.0 feet and also except the Eust 40.0 feet which lies
South of the Nor-th 33.0 feet thereof) in Meier Brothers Sub-
division, being a subdivision of parts of Sections 10 and 15,
Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
