AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY EAST OF BUSSE
ROAD AND NORTH AND SOUTH OF SUSAN DRIVE

~VHEREAS' a writter.. petition under oath signed by the O'Nners of recor<;1 of land
I ereinafter described has been filed with the Village Clerk of the Village of I

~A1HEREAS, Hll electors residing within the said property to be annexed have affixed
their signatures indicating their consent; and .
tL.HEREAS' the sRid land is not within. the corporate limits of any municip8lity,
ut is contiguous to the Village of 1\10unt Prospect; and

Lot 1 through 8, both inclusive, in Block 1
in Iverdale Estates, being a Subdivision of

Northwest \ of Section 11, Township 41 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian
also
The 50 feet lying West of and adjoining Lot 2
and Lot 3 in Block 1 aforesaid, all in Cook
County, Illinois.
