ORDINANCE NU" 2862 AN ORDINANCE AMENDiNG lVU\P 38-S OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VIJJL..~G!i OF MOUN,:\ PROSPECT WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct a public hearing under CeseNa. 69-Z-78 and Case No" 7l-Z-78, on the 26th day of October, 1978 and the 16th day of November, 1978, on a request fot" a zoning classification change from B-3 (Business-Reta.il and Service District) to R-4 (Residential Development) District of certain property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in the manner provided by law; and WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect has reviewed t.he matter herein and hns recommended the approval thereof! to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect; and WHEl;tEAS t the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have determined that the best in.ter~sts of the Village of Mount Prospect will be attained by the adoption of the foHowing Orainances regarding the subject pro- I perty; Nnw> THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That Map 38-8 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospeet, as a.mended. be and the same is h"ereby further amended by reclassify- ing from B-3 (Business-Retail and Service) District to R-4 (Residential Develop- ment) District the following described property: Thnt part of the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of.1 Section 15 and that part of the North R?st Quarter of North E~st 1/4 of Section 22 a11 in Township 41 North. Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian lying South of the Center line of Old Algonquin Road and North of the South 5 acres of said North East Quarter of the North East Quarter and East of a line 210 feet East of (measured at right angles to) and parallel with the West line of said Quarter Quarter Section lines and West of a line 395.14 feet East of (measured at right angles to) and parallel with the West line of said Quarter Quarter Section lines, in CooJ-c County. Illinois" SECTION TWO: That Map 38-S contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2410, passed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to conform with the reclassification of the subject property herein contained in SECTION ONE above.
