‘ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS’ OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit A)
This ordinance creates a new Class K liquor license (Self Service Kitchen).

2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS AND
EXCEPTIONS FROM THE DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 SOUTH SCHOOL STREET (Exhibit B)
This ordinance grants exceptions from the Development Code
for storm water detention and certain variations from the Zoning Code.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
approval by a vote of 7-0.

1. 2 reading of an A ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1101 SOUTH LINNEMAN ROAD
This ordinance rezones the subject property from RX (Single Family
Residential District) to R1 (Single Family) and R2 (Attached Single
Family) to allow for a 50-unit town home development with 7 single-family
residences. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
denial by a vote of 4-3; the ordinance requires a super majority vote
for approval.

2. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT AND VARIATIONS FOR A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AT1101 SOUTH LINNEMAN ROAD
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use Permit for a PUD to allow the
construction of a 50-unit town home development with 7 single-family
residences, and a variation for the height of the town homes.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
denial by a vote of 4-3; the ordinance requires a super majority vote

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 548 IDA COURT (Exhibit C)
This ordinance grants variations for the location of a detached garage, lot
coverage and driveway width. The Planning and Zoning Commission
has recommended approval by a vote of 6-1.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1002 BUSSE ROAD (Exhibit D)
This ordinance authorizes the installation of an additional ground
sign. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-2,
to deny the request; the petitioner is appealing that decision.

C. A RESOLUTIONAPPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1201 BURNING BUSH LANE AND
1903 EAST EUCLID AVENUE (Exhibit E)
This resolution allows two lots to become one lot of record. The Planning
and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0.

D. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 416-418 SOUTH MAPLE STREET (Exhibit F)
This resolution allows two lots and a parcel to become two lots of record.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by
a vote of 6-0.

CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED ‘TRAFFIC CODE’ OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit G)
This ordinance prohibits parking on the East side of Wheeling Road
between Euclid Avenue and Kensington Road. The Safety Commission
has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.

2. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XX OF
CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED ‘TRAFFIC CODE’ OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit H)
This ordinance prohibits parking on the South side of Seminole Lane
from River road to a point 200’ West. The Safety Commission
has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.

F. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND WATER AND SEWER RATES
SET FORTH IN APPENDIX A, DIVISION II OF THE VILLAGE CODE (Exhibit I)
This ordinance establishes a 4% increase in water and sewer rates,
effective June 1, 2005, as provided by the municipal budget.

G. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO A DETERMINATION
OF THE PREVAILING WAGE RATES (Exhibit J)
This Ordinance, required by the State of Illinois, adopts the prevailing wages
established by the State of Illinois for public works projects provided by contractors.
