PZ-50-04, 1510-1534 River West Court, Billy Bob Marketing, LLC st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF A CONVERSION TO CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1510-1534 RIVER WEST COURT (Exhibit B) This ordinance grants approval of the petitioner’s request to convert the existing River West Apartment complex to condominiums. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 7-0. C. PZ-10-05, 100 South School Street, St. Paul Lutheran Church st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS FROM THE DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 SOUTH SCHOOL STREET (Exhibit C) This ordinance grants exceptions from the Development Code for storm water detention and certain variations from the Zoning Code. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 7-0. D. PZ-11-05, 1101 Linneman Road, Mitroff Group st 1. 1 reading of an A ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1101 SOUTH LINNEMAN ROAD (Exhibit D) This ordinance rezones the subject property from RX (Single Family Residential District) to R1 (Single Family) and R2 (Attached Single Family) to allow for a 50-unit townhome development with 7 single-family residences. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended denial by a vote of 4-3; the ordinance requires a super majority vote for approval. st 2. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIATIONS FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT1101 SOUTH LINNEMAN ROAD (Exhibit E) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use Permit for a PUD to allow the construction of a 50-unit townhome development with 7 single-family residences, and a variation for the height of the townhomes. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended denial by a vote of 4-3; the ordinance requires a super majority vote for approval. st E. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE MAKING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET ADOPTED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2005 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2005 (Exhibit F) * .
