StH.tutes. tt -- Of , . - '.~ :> SECTION FOUR: That subparagraph a of paragraph 2 of subsection C of Section 14.702"of the MliriìCipàlCode qfth~ Village of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended in its entirety by decreasing the filing fees for regular hearings held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on requests for special uses for single lots of record of 20,000 square' feet or less in size; so that hereafter the said subparagraph a shall be anÇl. read as follows: It a. Regular hearings: 1) 20,000 square feet or less -- Twenty-five Dollars ($25). 2) In excess of 20,000 square feet but less than one acre -- One Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($125). 3) One acre but less than five acres in area -- Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250). 4) Five acres but less than ten acres in area -- Nine Hundred Dollars ($900). 5) Ten acres but less than fifteen acres in area --:- One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1 ,200). 6) Fifteen acres or more in area -- One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500). It SECTION FfVE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
