ORDINANCE NO, 2884
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CERTAIN VARIATIONS
FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3015 LYNN COURT
, ,
WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet
on thè 25th day of January. 1979. at the hour of 8: 00 p ,m, . at the Mount Prospect
Public Safety Building. and did hear Case No. 3-V-79. pursuant to proper legEll
notice; and '
WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did hear
this request for certain variations from the Mount Prospect toning Ordinance; an
WHEREAS. the Zoning'Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Þrospect did
recommend to the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect the approval of this request under Case No. 3-'\7-'19; and
WHEREAS. the Buildipg Committee of the Board of Trustees at the Village of Mount
Prospect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the approval there
of tò the President and Board of Trustees of the Village at Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
have reviewed the matter herein and have determined that the saine is in the best
interests of the Village of Mount Prospect;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND nOARD OF TRUST E
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSP:ßCT. COOK COUNTY f ILLINOtS:
SECTION ONE: That the property being the subject matter of Case No. 3-V-'19
being legally described as follows: '
That part of Lot 16 lying North of a line drawn at right angles
to the East line 'of said Lot 16 f through a point on said East line
83,0 feet South of the N . E, corner thereof. all in Lake Briarwood.
-a-Subdivision of part of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of Sec, 22-T.
41 No -R 0 11 E, of the 3rd. P oM 0 . in Cook County. Illinois,
is currently zoned under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect
as R-4 (ResidentiRl Development District). which zoning classüication shall remal
in effect subject to the variations granted herein:
A, That the rezoning of the property to R-4 (Residential Development District)
be valid notwithstanding the fact that the entire parcel is less than 27,000
square feet in size;
B, That the rear yard opposite Lynn Court may be used for required off-
street parking; and

C, That the required side yard adjacent to the easterly lot line of the sub-
ject property be reduced to 4,5 feet.
SECTION TWO: That all requirements of the Mount Prospect Buiiding and Zoning
Codes shall be applicllble except the variation noted in SECTION ONE heretofore
mentioned,
