. -AN ORDINANCE AI\1ENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE I
- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGJ
OF !'rIOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY J ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That SubsectionAof Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Municip
Code of Mount Prospect of 1957. as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by increasing the number of Class liB" and Class "R" Liquor Licenses
by one (1); so that hereafter the said Subsection A shall be and read as follows:

Number of Licenses.
A. There shall be issued in the Village ,of Mount Prospect no
