AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2774 AND
GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE K-MART PROPERTY
AND SPECIFIED VARIATIONS FOR THE CE~K PROPERTY
WHEREAS, there presently exists in the Village of Mount
Prospect .a regîonal shopping center commonly known as Mount Prosp '01
.Plaza; and
WHEREAS ,it is. proposed that an add:i, tional, free-stallding ,:
building be constructed in Mount Prospect
Plaza to be used ã~,
a K-Mart store; and
WHEREAS, CERMAK, INC. (hereinafter referred to as ;
"çermak") is the owner of a parcel of property commonly known as
Mount Prospect

anguage, so that said Section shall hereafter be and read as

shopping center shall be comprised of three
principal buildings' (two of which shall house
several stores and uses) as well as a
total of five {5) auxiliary buildings, two
of which principal buildings and two of

buildings shall be maintained or construct--
ed in the locations shown on the site plan
for the Subject Property which is attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein

epair and maintenance facility within the K-Mart store to be
ocated on the K-M~rt Property, subject to Maisel's compliance

(a)
Maisel, at its sole cost and expense, sha~l provide
ndscaping in the locations shown on the landsca?ing~plan attached
reto as Exhibit Band incorporated herein by this reference and
all provide in such lo~ations landscaping of the type and size
by the Director of Community Development.
(b)
Maisel, at its own cost and expense, shall pave the
eas designated on Exhibit A attached hereto in accordance with
