RESOLUTION NO .
45-80
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREElVIENT
WITH THE FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Forest River Fire Protection District has asked the Village of
Mount Prospect to provide the services of the Fire Department of the
Village to said District during 1981; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of Ule Village of Mount Prospect
have determined that it would be in the best interest of the Village and of said
District to enter into an agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in
Exhibit "A" hereto for the provision of Village of Mount Prospect Fire
Department to service said District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ,COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute and the Village
Clerk to attest, the Agreement by and between the Village of Mount Prospect
and the Forest River Fire Protection District which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "At! and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
