Chairman Friedrichs called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Commissioner Lenz and seconded by Commissioner Cotten
to accept the minutes of the Open Meeting of October 19, 1999.

A motion was made by Commission Cotten and seconded by Commissioner Lenz
to accept the minutes of the Executive Session of October 19, 1999.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Lenz and seconded by Commissioner Bjork
to enter into Executive Session for purposes of discussing a Fire Department
personnel issue and to review Police Department recruit oral interview questions.
Upon roll call: Ayes:

Friedrichs, Cotten, Lenz, Bjork, McKillop
None
Motion carried.
The Commission went into Executive Session at 5:39 p.m.
Chairman Friedrichs reconvened in Open Session at 6:25 p.m.
A motion was made by Commissioner Cotten and seconded by Commission Bjork
to direct the Fire Chief to offer the position of firefighter to Richard Christensen and
to provide the Commission with copies of his polygraph and psychological for their
review.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned on a unanimous vote
at 6:30 p.m.
