A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF
THE TENTATIVE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION
AND HEARING THEREON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
ILLAGE OF MOUNT PRQSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION THREE: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
blish in the AprilS, 1984 edition of the Mount Prospect Herald,
newspaper of general circulation in this Village, the following
n tice:
SECTION ONE: That the tentative annual budget of the
illage of Mount Prospect for the fiscal year beginning May 1,
984, and ending April 30, 1985, as prepared by the Budget
fficer and submitted to the President and Board of Trustees
n pamphlet form, shall be placed on file in the office of the
illage Clerk on April 4, 1984, and shall remain on file and
e made conveniently available for public inspection during
rmal business hours from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on any business
y for a period of ten days after the initial filing thereof
d thereafter until further order of this Board.
SECTION TWO: That a public hearing shall be held on said
ntative annual budget at 8:00 P.M. on April 17,1984, in the
cond floor Board Room of the Public Safety Building, 112 East
rthwest Highway, Mount Prospect, Illinois.

ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT

TO THE PUBLIC.:
Notice is heréþy given. that on April 4," 1984"r there
was placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk
at the Village Hall, 100 South Emerson Street, Hount
Prospect, Illinois, a tentative annual budget for the
Village of Mount Prospect for the fiscal year beginning
May 1, 1984 and ending April 30, 1985, as prepared by the
Budget Officer in pamphlet form and proposed for adoption
by the President and Board of Trustees. Said budget
shall be available for public inspection during the
hours from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on any normal business
day for a period of ten days and, thereafter, until
further order of the Corporate Authorities of the
Village.
Notice is further given that on April 17,1984,
public hearing will be held on the tentative annual
budget by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect at 8:00 P.M. in the second
floor Board Room of the Public Safety Building, 112
East Northwest Highway, Mount Prospect, Illinois, at

which time and place any persons interested .may attend and
be heard.
Following the said public hearing and any continuation
thereof, the tentative annual budget may be revised and
adopted by the said Corporate Authorities of the Village
without further inspection, notice or hearing.

SECTION FOUR: This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by
law.
