2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1451 WEST LINCOLN STREET
This ordinance grants a variation for a garage addition with encroachment
into the side yard The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
approval by a vote of 5-2.

PZ-02-05, 1-17 S. Emerson Street
2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT 1-17 SOUTH EMERSON STREET
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit and variations to allow the
construction of fourteen (14) rowhomes as a Planned Unit Development.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending approval, with
conditions, by a vote of 6-1.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
FOUNDERS' ROW, 1-17 SOUTH EMERSON STREET
(Deferred from the February 15, 2005 Village Board meeting).

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1310 BURNING BUSH LANE
This ordinance grants a variation for the construction of an oversized
garage. The petitioner is appealing the Planning and Zoning Commission's
recommendation (4-3) to deny the request. (The petitioner has requested
deferral to the March 15 Village Board meeting).

LIQUORS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends the Code by limiting the number of packaged goods
licenses to those currently issued (5), and by allowing the sale of liquor earlier
in the day.
