A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT WITH APPRECIATION A GIFT
CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE IN THE PROSPECT
MEADOWS SUBDIVISION OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
ILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: This Board has received from Mr. Edward Benjamin
nd Mr. Stanley Lang, as a gift to the Village of. Mount Prospect,
conveyance of the following described property (a copy of
hich Deed is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution
y reference), to wit:
Lot 4 in Block 3, in Prospect Meadows, a subdivision
of the West-l/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27,
Township 42 North, Range 11 East of the Third Prin-
cipal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded
December 9, 1949 as document No. 14692921, all in
Cook County, Illinois.

SECTION 2: This Board does hereby accept, with appreciation,
his generous gift on behalf of Mr. Benjamin and Mr. Lang, and
oes hereby authorize and direct the Village Clerk to forward
certified copy of this Resolution to both Mr. Benjamin and
0 Mr. Lang in acknowledgement of the Village's acceptance of this
ift.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall be-in full force and
ffect upon its passage and approval in accordance with law.
