This Ordinance deletes the Class H (Supper Club with Entertainment) liquor

this establishment is no longer in business.

DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS
50 N. MAIN STREET, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
This Ordinance grants an exception from the Development Code to allow
for a twenty foot (20') utility easement at the rear of the property at 50 N. Main
Street. The Plan Commission approved granting the request by a vote of 5-0.
