SECTION 1: That the Final Plat of Resubdivision creating one (1) lot of record and grants the

way(the "Subject Property") as legally described in Exhibit "A"; an is hereby approved for
appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into
and made part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.
