Information
Illinois State Statutes require that the Village Board approve the Official Zoning Map by March 31 of each year to reflect the changes that have occurred in the
previous calendar year. In 2018,the Village Board approved the following zoning map amendments and planned unit developments (PUD), as noted in Table 1.
Also, included is a plat of re-subdivision that involved the consolidation of two parcels into one at 1731 Wall Street.The 900 Centennial Drive&900 Ardyce Lane
rezoning effectively removed the last R-5 Senior Citizen Residence zoned parcel from the zoning map. The Village removed this zoning district from the Village
Code,thus since no other parcels in the Village are zoned R-5 Senior Citizen Residence,it has been removed from the zoning districts table.
