wondered if it is still prohibited in Mount Prospect. Mayor Juracek advised him no one has inquired so
nothing has changed. Mr. Goodman also asked if Mount Prospect would ever get a Cracker Barrel.
Cracker Barrels are usually near a tollway exit, which led to a discussion of locations in Mount Prospect.
Locations such as the south side, near the 1-90 exit on Elmhurst Road, or open lots near the corner of
Algonquin Road and Elmhurst Road. Alex Bertolucci will forward information to Community Development.

Jayne Whitecotton, Bobby Lane
Ms. Whitecotton stated she was very happy Mount Prospect is getting a Texas Roadhouse. Ms.

contact Public Works to see who is responsible.

Frank Whitecotton, Bobby Lane
No Comments.
Sue Elenber, er Redwood
Ms. Elenberger asked why the flashing lights were removed on Northwest Highway and Chief Koziol
responded it is not an IDOT approved crosswalk and the lights gave a false sense of security. He also
explained the liability the Village has with doing this without IDOT approval. Chief Koziol went on to explain
it is only a "T" intersection and so it will never have a pedestrian signal per IDOT. There was also a
discussion on the parking for the "French Market" on September 9, 2018.
Joe Planta Wille Street
Mr. Plata stated at the Block Party for the 200/300 blocks the pavement was noticeably uneven and he
asked if they are scheduled for paving. Mayor Juracek asked staff to contact Public Works. Mr, Plata also

service requests. Mayor Juracek asked staff to look in to it.

who are under the weather or just need a pick-me-up. Mayor Juracek suggested staff pass this along to
Human Services and noted this could be a suggestion for shining star.
,Antonina Borowski See Gwun ,Avenue

Mr. Farley asked who owns the sidewalk grinders he saw going past his house, and staff advised they are
Village owned and operated. Mr. Farley gave his compliments to the Village. Additionally, he has a
sidewalk square that needs replacing due to tilting from side to side and collecting water in the winter,
which turns to ice. Mayor Juracek suggested contacting Public Works regarding the schedule for the Cost
Share Program. Trustee Hoefert asked if we have reviewed the cost of mud jacking instead of replacing
squares, which led to a brief discussion.
Max Romanowicz ,Ard ce Lane
Max Romanowicz had concerns regarding the lights and new lane configuration at Rand Road, Central
