Inc. d/b/a Moretti's Ristorante and increasing the number of Class "F -Y Liquor Licenses by one (1) 1799 S. Busse Rd. Inc. d/b/a Moretti's Ristorante located at 1799 S. Busse Road, Mount Prospect, IL] Public Content Information Ordinance 3751 amending Chapter 13 of the Village code passed in March 1987, creating a new "Class Z" liquor license classification per the request of Fred Hoffman of Ala Carte Entertainment for his then Snuggery Restaurant & Bar located at 1799 Busse Road. The "Class Z" license allowed for two separate lounge areas. "Class Z license, for issuance to restaurants maintaining a separate lounge area as an incidental and accessory use, which shall authorize the licensee to sell and offer for sale at retail, in the restaurant portion of the premises specified in such license, alcoholic liquor for consumption on said premises only with meals, and in the lounge portion of thc premise, alcoholic liquor for consumption on said premises, with or without the service of food Through the years, Mr. Hoffman rebranded his restaurant from the Snuggery to Dumas Walkers to the current Moretti"s Ristorante, of which he owns ten locations in Illinois. The Class Z license has also evolved into the current Class "S-3" Tavern license of which Ala Carte Entertainment has been the only license holder since its inception. Moretti"s currently falls in line with the Class "F-3 "license allowing for the full service of food throughout the restaurant and staff has been in discussion with Ala Carte Entertainment to update its classification and delete the Class "S-3" classification. Said list is hereby amended decreasing the number of Class "S-3" Liquor Licenses by One (1) 1799 S. BUSSE RD. INC. D/B/A MORETTI'S RISTORANTE and increasing the number of Class "F- 3" Liquor Licenses by One (1) 1799 S. BUSSE RD. INC. D/B/A MORETTI'S RISTORANTE located at 1799 S. BUSSE RD.
