8.1 Motion to accept the proposal from FGM Architects for architectural services to design the new police
headquarters located at 799 Biermann Court in an amount not to exceed 1,197,085.00 and authorize the
Village Manager to execute a contract for the same services subject to staff and attorney review.
8.2 Motion to accept proposal from Patrick Engineering for Rand-Route 83-Kensington Intersection Study in
an amount not to exceed $243,124.
8.3 Motion to accept bid for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Sidewalk Improvements in an
amount not to exceed $176,038.
