RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1200 PRAIRE AVENUE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Prairie Group, LLC (Petitioner) has requested approval of a Plat of Subdivision titled
for the property located at 1200 Prairie Avenue, Mount Prospect,
Illinois (the legally described as:
That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 41
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, bounded by a line described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Prairie Avenue according to Plat of Properties recorded March
20, 1968 as Document Number 20435764 and bounded by a line described as follows: thence North
88 Degrees, 34 Minutes, 37 Seconds East, along the North line of said Prairie Avenue, 66.00 feet to
the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 00 Degrees, 40 Minutes, 40 Seconds East, along the
East line of said Prairie Avenue, 67.01 feet; thence South 88 Degrees, 34 Minutes, 37 Seconds
West, 56.00 feet to a point of curvature in said line; thence Southwesterly along a curved line, being
the arc of a circle convex Southeasterly and having a radius of 55.00 feet an arc distance of 10.06
feet to the West line of Prairie Avenue, as aforementioned; thence North 00 Degrees, 40 Minutes,
40 Seconds West, 67.80 feet to the point of beginning, in Cook County, Illinois.and;
WHEREAS, the Plat of Subdivision seeks to subdivide one parcel located at 1200 Prairie Avenue
and vacates the north end (.10 acres) of Prairie Avenue right of way ) into
four lots of record and legally described in the Plat of Subdivision attached as .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the subdivision is hereby granted to subdivide one parcel located at 1200
Prairie Avenue and vacates the north end (.10 acres) of Prairie Avenue right-of-way into four lots of
records legally described in the Plat of Subdivis attached as
Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into and made part of this
resolution.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.
