Public Content Information This resolution appropriates money from Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds for the construction of new streetlights in the Willow/Cypress residential neighborhoods. This resolution is required by State of Illinois statutes for local agency expenditure of MFT funds. A copy of the required Illinois Department of Transportation form BLR 09110 is attached. Funds for this proposed expenditure are available in the Village's MFT fund balance. Alternatives 1. Enact a resolution authorizing the expenditure of MFT funds for construction of the Willow/Cypress Streetlight Improvements. 2. Action at discretion of Village Board. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends that the Village Board pass a resolution authorizing the expenditure of $133,300 from the Motor Fuel Tax fund to construct the Willow/Cypress Streetlight Improvements.
