Prospect Avenue. Public Content Information The Village has established the Fagade and Interior Rebate Program in the downtown Tax Increment Financing District that offers matching grants to businesses and/or property owners that make improvements to storefronts in the downtown district. The maximum Village contribution is $10,000 for retail sales tax producing businesses (50% of the total eligible costs). The owners of Stay Fit Physical Therapy located at 127 W. Prospect Avenue are looking to upgrade the signage on the outside of their facility. They are proposing to replace the primary wall sign and window graphics to better market their operation. The total expenses for this work would be $3,218. They are seeking reimbursement for $1,609 of eligible expenses related to this project. The Village currently has sufficient funds budgeted in account # 049.40.90.00.0.710.636.007 for the 2018 budget year. Alternatives 1.
