A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT DEDICATING
AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY ACCESS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1200 E. BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Xttrium Laboratories, Inc. ("Petitioner") has filed a petition to dedicate a Plat of
Easement for property located at 1200 E. Business Center Drive ("Property") and legally
described in the Plat of Easement dated March 30, 1989 as:
LOT 407 IN KENSINGTON CENTER RESUBDIVISION TWENTY FOUR DESCRIBED
BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 401 AND 402 IN KENSINGTON CENTER
RESUBDIVISION FOURTEEN AND LOT 403 IN KENSINGTON CENTER PHASE FOUR,
(COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1200 EAST BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE, MOUNT PROSPECT,
ILLINOIS) IN PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 35; TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH,
RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED MARCH 30, 1989 AS DOCUMENT NO. T3782920, IN COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS
Property Index Number: 03-35-201-012-0000
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village, after due consideration, have
determined it is in the best interests of the Village to approve a plat, dedicating an
easement for public utility access, recorded in Document No. T3782920, on the Plat of
Easement (Exhibit "A").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS A HOME RULE MUNICIPALITY:
SECTION ONE: That the Plat of Easements for property located at 1200 E. Business Center
Drive is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal
description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution as Exhibit "A."
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
